Srushti Deshmukh is beginning working on her UPSC exam in her third year of engineering degree. As she was finishing her last year of engineering, Deshmukh questioned if she would like working in the field of engineering. Once she realized her goal and pursuing it, she started working on civil services. The parents of her encouraged her to prepare for civils and make it a profession serving the public. This exam preparation was done every day. In less than an entire month it was time to prepare for her engineering test and completely avoided all social media. Concentration is essential to pass this exam. She is hoping to join a civil service. She put in great effort to pass the test in her first attempt. Daily, she would read the newspaper to keep abreast of the latest news. Also, she received a lot of help online collecting different study materials and watching Rajya Sabha TV.
